Yep we all have times when our output/stool/poop whatever you like to call it doesn’t want to play ball and goes super liquidy. You don’t always want to take loperamide or just can’t seem to take enough to make a difference. I thought I would give everyone a little update on how my pregnancy is going and a little insight into why I haven’t been posting regularly.
So after a roller coaster of a year with being really ill, having surgery, falling pregnant, having a miscarriage, going to events, being offered a job and more events we have found out we are expecting again!
So tonight I joined my local beginner’s running group set up by my Boo that you can see in the purple. Now as everyone knows by now running isn’t something I’m new too but I’ve never been part of a running group before. I’m not kidding you it felt really good, the sense of community and positivity was overwhelming. I definitely urge you to seek out your own local running group if you fancy it.
So you many have seen on my social media that I went to meet the lovely team over at Comfizz on Friday. That had been in the works since August.
Someone in one of the support groups I’m part of on Facebook (I’m sorry I couldn’t remember which one to give you credit) shared a post on Trio Ostomy Care and how they have a little booklet on tips on healthy eating with an ostomy.
