A Week In Food

With my impending Dietetics appointment on Tuesday I decided to note down everything I ate and drank so I could have a thorough appointment. Because lets face it I have no idea what the appointment is even for!

It was like trying to get blood out of a stone when I wanted to talk to them because everyone said the first 6 weeks with food is pretty important because of blockages etc. Don’t get me wrong the dietician was happy to see me and put my mind at rest it was just convincing the doctors I needed to see her. So its like why do I need to see her now? But I’m going to go, it might prove useful.

I just want to point out I don’t always eat this badly but it just so happened to coincide with that time of the month, I clearly don’t eat well around this time. I was also at a hen party, had a music quiz and wasn’t at home for 2.5 days. So to prove that’s not how I eat all the time I will document everything for the next week coming too.
